Tiernan was educated at St Marys Grammar School Magherafelt and then studied in Liverpool John Moores University where he obtained an LLB Honours Degree in Law. Whilst at LJMU Tiernan was involved in various societies including the Law Society, and the Men’s Gaelic Society.

Upon returning back to Northern Ireland Tiernan joined our firm in 2022 as a Legal Executive and will be attending the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Queens University Belfast in the coming year to continue his training.

Outside of the law, Tiernan enjoys playing gaelic football with his club St. Patricks GAC The Loup and travelling having only returned from a three month backpacking trip around South-East Asia before joining our firm.
